As a Barclays Innovation Programs Analyst, you will be an ambitious, collaborative, and forward-thinking individual, a natural learner and would be developing your FinTech knowledge whilst gaining key skills across program and project management, strategy, and innovation. You will also be working closely with the team providing critical support across some of our major ExCo sponsored initiatives, as outlined below. What will you be doing?
• Strategically supporting the internal and external analysis from market scanning, collating, and analyzing data and preparing key strategy documents
• Having a plan in supporting how we deliver our best-in-class programs from setting agendas and keeping the wider team accountable to deadlines
• Managing program in supporting day-to-day programming activities i.e recruitment/assessment /collating learnings playbooks to governance event management
• Marketing & setting up communication to assist in social media, website copy/founder communications
• Helping to build profile internally and externally and drive positive engagement across all our flagship programs
• Supporting the team by contributing to a culture of innovation, learning from failure & thinking outside the box
• Providing inputs needed and, where appropriate, participating actively in overall program coordination

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Interested in and keen to learn more about corporate innovation, start-ups (FinTechs), programs, accelerators, incubators, POC labs, corporate venturing and ecosystem engagement
• Interested in keeping up to date with the latest thinking in technology innovation
• Any knowledge of the FinTech landscape is a bonus
