Job Summary:

The Aesthetic Coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Aesthetic Coordinators plan and designate aesthetic resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

General Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed established management objectives and performance metrics.
  • Sell company products in established territory via sales presentations, promotional activities and educational events.
  • Ability to successfully promote the brand, products and services offered
  • Upsell client's the appropriate products based off services conducted
  • Present information relayed from corporate office to staff efficiently
  • Promote/sale products and services in order to reach monthly goals
  • Monitor performance and ensure that sales are maximized
  • Leads associates in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative teamwork environment
  • Open new accounts
  • Support sales activities to drive revenue
  • Act in a professional manner
  • Analyze sales data to monitor revenue and make necessary adjustments to ensure growth
  • Complete all assigned paperwork in a timely and accurate manner (including expense reports, sales reports, etc.)
  • Follow up with customers during the on-going sales process to ensure strong customer relationships.
  • Use creativity and innovation to improve customer engagement
  • Stay within guidelines of expenses and manage territory budget
  • Keep abreast of all clinical data pertaining to our products as to remain a good resource to the customer.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned.
  • Work in-office 5 days per week
  • Manage non-medical aspects of clinic operations, including revenue growth, effective workflows, expense reports, inventory, and administrative responsibilities so that they are in accordance with our standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for pulling requested KPI’s and creating revenue generating business plans from those reports with assistance from Aesthetics Director and Aesthetics Team Leader.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all client needs are met. • Ability to perform job functions autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to unexpected situations while always keeping clients a priority.

  • Ability to create and execute a hyper growth focused business plan that improves office efficacy and revenue.
  • Inventory Management
  • Setting up corporate accounts
  • Maintain all aesthetic inventory
  • Keep track of “No Cost and Free” goods to drive down overall cost to Bare Dermatology
  • Develop tracking system for inventory for pull through effectiveness as well as storage processes
  • Manage and organize training for aesthetic
  • Virtual, In-Person, CME, Tradeshow planning and organizing
  • Organize staff and provider trainings (in partnership with Vendors and Training Staff)
    • Product Knowledge - all staff
    • Treatment techniques
    •  Consultation Trainings
  • Develop and build aesthetic packages for patients
  • Vendor Management and organization
  • Interface with Vendors
  • Develop specials
  • Organize open houses in partnership with leadership and marketing
  • Implement Lunch and Learn Program
  • Leverage inside/outside resources
  • Leverage loyalty program for product specific specials
  • Lead loyalty program implementation - vendor and internal
E-Commerce Responsibilities
  • Develops and onboard new product listings, while maintaining and increasing sales of existing online listings of products
  • Develop strategies with the executive team and Aesthetics Team Leader on merchandising, product selection, new product launches and promotions
  • Partner with retail merchant teams to align on site promotions, submission of promotions and assessment of promotional performance
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers on sales presentations, product line reviews and in-clinic events
  • Become the account expert in retail partner supplier portals, third party order management systems and any other portals required to manage the accounts
  • Analyze sales data available in the retailer portals and multiple internal platforms to review performance, and opportunities for store placement of products
  • Present various types of information formally and informally to retailer partner teams and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams on e-commerce distribution
  • Work with internal operations, forecasting and inventory teams to ensure product availability
  • Develop system for shipping medical skincare and products
 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree Required.
  • Continuing education, certification courses, or education in project management or leadership.
  • One year of recent experience working as a Project Manager, in a leadership experience or comparable experience.

Salary : $52,500 - $66,500
