Job Description
Baresque, a leading supplier of architectural acoustical solutions for the hospitality, contract furniture, public space-site furniture, commercial, education, and healthcare markets, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a passionate individual who can work directly with our customers and interpret architectural intent from construction blueprints (CET/CAD), specifications, and supplemental documentation and manage the project in its full scope.
As a Furniture Project Manager, you will work closely with our design team, sales team, and third-party fabricators to oversee the quality control of finished goods. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.

Job Description
- Provides leadership and owns full scope of projects with commercial furniture
- Monitors project progress and ensures all projects are on time
- Manages changes to project and implements proactive measures to keep projects on timeline
- Processes orders, job confirmations, quote preparation, and order management
- Maintains strong relationship with clients
- Confirm lead time and follow up with fabrication process
- Able to manage conflict and difficult conversations with clients
- Support Brand VP
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of CET or CAD software or an equal software
- Commercial furniture/dealer experience
- Design Background – techniques, tools and principles involved in production
- Demonstrated experience in a mid-level Project Management role in a fast paced environment
- Can read drawings/renderings
- Exceptional client relations experience
- Detail oriented and comfortable multi tasking to effectively track multiple projects
- Ability to work cross functionally – clients, CAD team, management and sales
- Experience with warehouse/supply chain
