What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Management position at BarFly?
HopCat is all about craft beer, delicious food made from scratch, and fun environments that our guests/employees love. We've been a part of the local East Lansing area for 9 years and are a staple restaurant in the area. We need to add another hospitality professional to our team!
Here's a snapshot of what you will do, if you like us and we like you:
- Manage high-volume, fun bar/restaurant
- Complete extensive and ongoing beer training program
- Develop relationships with food and beverage suppliers
- Recruit, hire and train new employees
- Manage budgets, suppliers and staff
- Create inventories and order food, beverages and supplies
- Develop relationships with the local community
If you're an energetic, passionate individual with at least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting, we'd love to talk to you.
