As an Ecommerce Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving engagement, and optimizing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Auction Marketing
Partner with our dynamic marketing team to spotlight auction items that captivate our audience through weekly email and digital marketing campaigns.
Innovate and brainstorm with the team to create curated auctions or standout items, and bring these visions to life.
2. Listing Management
Spearhead the process of auction listing by ensuring accuracy in item descriptions, compelling visuals, retail values, and grading.
Be our quality champion by identifying and rectifying systemic processing discrepancies, and collaborate with our supply chain team for continual improvements.
Craft engaging and informative descriptions to enhance customer experience, minimizing any potential for complaints or refunds.
Be proactive in assessing auction items for potential over-supply and coordinating corrective actions with supply chain or retail stores.
Ensure seamless listing operations by liaising with BidFTA on functionalities like auction pick-up locations, live auction setups, maintaining our stellar reputation, and addressing any technical hitches.
3. Customer Service/Returns and Refunds
Be the voice and heart of Bargain Hunt by promptly responding to customer messages and inquiries via third-party platforms.
Efficiently oversee the returns process and manage refunds, ensuring every customer feels valued.
Position Requirements:
Hold an undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Be well-versed in the realms of ecommerce and digital marketing, with a keen insight into digital CX/UX.
Possess hands-on experience with data interpretation, analytics, and reporting tools.
Have robust expertise in Excel, including detailed analysis and chart creation.
