Primary Duties and Responsibilities Design, Development, and Coordination Participate in the development, design, execution, and fulfillment of store-level signage to support marketing campaigns, weekly sales driver communications, and promotional efforts. Assist with visual merchandising efforts including development of planograms, photography of visual displays, and development of instructional communications to stores. Manage, update, and optimize business listing platform for all stores with a focus on improving organic search results. Develop ideas in support of local, store-level marketing and promotions; coordination execution as required. Assist in management of outside partners/vendors by understanding and implementing contractual obligations and coordinating ongoing communications. Assist in the growth, optimization, and management of the loyalty program and associated activations.Be a steward of the brand in all communications. Customer Reviews and Support Execute day-to-day customer support activities with a focus on fast and positive resolution of all customer matters. Interact with customers via phone, email, or social media and keep records of customer interactions. Leverage review management platform to monitor reviews and customer sentiment as well as to execute a range of customer outreach activities. Communicate with store leadership, marketing, and merchandising as it relates to customer concerns; engage team members to be part of solution effort as needed. Brand and Customer Insights Assist in the development and execution of research focused on gaining insights related to the brand and customer usage, perceptions, and desires. Develop reports and dashboards that integrate online reviews, social listening, survey data, and third-party sources to inform and guide brand efforts. Identify and champion actionable insights that create value for customers and Bargain Hunt. Help develop a test, learn, and optimize culture through persistent curiosity, ideation, and measurement against business and marketing objectives. Job Specifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree. 1-3 years’ experience. Preferred: Experience working with online review monitoring and management platforms (experience with Yext a plus). Preferred: Experience working with social listening platforms (experience with Meltwater a plus). Passion for extreme savings and the instore retail experience. Creative and design experience (experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus) Organized, self-starter with strong project management skills. Collaborative, customer-centric, and results driven. Proven customer support experience; strong phone contact handling and active listening skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.
