Our Barnes Molding Solutions - Lawrenceville facility has an exciting and rewarding career opportunity and is looking for an effective Team Leader in Assembly who will lead by example and model the behavior they expect to see from their team members. Core Responsibilities
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team:
- Safety Training with the HSE Coordinator
- SAP/Time Tracking
- Department Requirements
- Develop a Strategy the team will use to reach its goals.
- Communicate clear instructions to the team members.
- Listen to team members’ feedback.
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort.
- Must have the ability to motivate and inspire team members to stay focused and remain on track.
- Must have the ability to facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Ensure that discussions and decisions lead toward closure.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Encourage creativity and constant improvement.
