Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical and secretarial tasks to ensure effective and efficient Solid Waste office operations. Maintains all documentation for grants; Schedule meetings and maintain calendars; Tracks Solid Waste tickets and receipts for proper billing; Assists in ensuring convenience centers are properly manned; Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment; Document and maintain maintenance record of equipment; Maintains a system for recording expenses.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in administration
