Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
- Assist in managing the timecard process
- Managing a fast-paced/High Volume recruiting portfolio
- On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees
- Daily use of Applicant Tracking System and written email communication
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- 1 years previous experience in staffing, prefer experience working for recruiting agency
- Spanish Bilingual preferred
- Interview between 10-20 people a day and/or make 40-65 calls a day
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ATS
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- ATS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Spanish: 1 year (Preferred)
- Interviewing: 1 year (Preferred)
