Essential Job Functions:
- As instructed by Maintenance Supervisor, completes preventative maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service in fixing customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to assigned maintenance requests.
- Assist with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls).
- Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Pay/Schedule:
- Starting Pay - $18.00 per hour
- Day shift
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.
