This is a hands-on position requiring a strong knowledge of franchise marketing and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
This position must have expertise in Adobe suites and social media management. Will be required to travel but will be based in Cleveland Corporate Headquarters.
Other Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate marketing programs to franchisees and develop local marketing plans based on defined goals and objectives, including print, digital, and social media strategies.
Educate and train franchisees on how to implement local marketing initiatives that effectively promote and increase revenue.
Serve as an expert on all marketing support software, systems, and tools.
Ensure all location information is correct and current across all online channels and app (directory sites like Yelp, Google, and others)
Assist with creative development processes including briefing, creation, development, production, and fulfillment of marketing materials.
Actively engage and communicate with franchisees to support marketing requests including design and item request approvals.
Assemble, track and, analyze traditional and digital marketing campaign performance.
Ensure consistent and proper usage of trademarks and logos.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, business administration, English, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to think laterally and creatively and problem-solve while juggling multiple tasks. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, META Business Suite, and Imovie. Experience working in a multi-unit franchise organization desired. An outgoing personality and an interest in tacos and tequila are strongly preferred.
