Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will provide recruiting coordination, administrative, and sourcing support for strategic hiring efforts and ensure the best possible experience for our candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts by scheduling candidate interviews and travel
- Review and update applicant tracking system (ATS) candidate records
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Learn and work with sourcing tools to search for qualified candidates and serve as administrator for assigned sourcing tools.
- Assist with strategic hire candidate attraction efforts
- Assist with providing an exceptional strategic hire candidate “hiring experience”
- Build strong relationships with other members of the People Team
- Participate in recruiting team meetings
- Learn to complete basic candidate screening calls
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator preferred
- Experience working and interacting with hiring leaders at all levels
- Experience working with human resource professionals
- Experience using an ATS such as Workday preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Education:
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
