Job Summary
B&A is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Headquarters team!
Responsibilities
  • Full-life cycle recruiting, from job posting, all the way through onboarding.
  • Conducting weekly stand-up meetings with senior leadership to review their recruiting pipeline.
  • Managing our Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) by reviewing, tracking, and dispositioning candidates.
  • Scheduling phone screens and on-site interviews, while coordinating calendar management with senior leadership and candidates.
  • Assisting with conducting preliminary phone screens and documenting interview notes.
  • Coordinating with external staffing agencies and ensuring professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Helping create position descriptions and posting these to various job boards.
  • Tracking SLA metrics using PowerBI for data visualization.
  • Reviewing government clearance paperwork for quality assurance and communicating with candidates through the background investigation process.
  • Adhering to established process and compliance for recruiting.
  • Coordinating with HR, Contracts, Accounting and IT teams for a smooth candidate onboarding process.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or years of equivalent work experience)
Required Skills
  • Professional communication and demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to assess risks and manage escalations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in recruiting, specifically in the information technology field.
  • Experience working with ATS and/or HRIS systems.
  • Experience in Government Contracting.
