Job Posting for File Clerk at Bartlett LLP

Busy law firm seeks organized and motivated part-time File Clerk for file organization, information management and general data entry for our Central Islip office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organization of file rooms
  • File retrieval from storage units
  • Filing of documents within files, physically and electronically
  • Scanning of new files and documents
  • Archiving and shredding of closed files
  • General office maintenance

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Great organizational skills
  • Motivated and independent
  • Must be able to lift boxes over 50lbs
  • Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a law firm is a plus
  • Experience with ProLaw a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license

Schedule:

  • Part-time flexible

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
