Requirements
- Must have 3 years of recruiting experience
- Must have recent experience in the Agriculture industry
- Must have recent high volume recruiting experience specifically for scientific, manufacturing, and/or professional roles
- Must have expert knowledge of Taleo applicant tracking system

Duties
- Will support the Human Resources team in RTP, NC to find candidates and fill positions in a deadline driven environment
- Will manage requisitions for assigned businesses and serve as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers
- Will develop and cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Will partner with sourcing and coordination resources to ensure timely execution of Talent Acquisition activities resulting in high quality talent for BASF.
- Will leverage prior recruiting experience to identify strategies and influence Hiring Managers to strike an appropriate balance between quality and speed
- Will serve as an agile team player, you’ll contribute to additional Talent Acquisition projects as time and capacity permits
- Will multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Will demonstrate the ability to think logically and work independently
Duration:
Potential to go from temp-to-perm depending upon the business need, recruiting volume, and successful fill rate of the candidate.
Location:
Most work will be done remote.
Candidate must be local to RTP and have the ability to come in for meetings.
