The job purpose of a Digital Implementation Manager (DPIM) is to ensure the successful implementation of digital products within APN. The Digital Product Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating regional activities, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation. The Digital Product Implementation Manager also tracks progress, ensures compliance with business requirements (functionality and data), and facilitates effective communication among stakeholders. By providing input for requirements, coordinating release plans, and conducting post-implementation reviews, the DPIM plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of digital initiatives within the organization

- Leading a cross-functional team and aligning scope, timeline, deliverables, and targets for the product implementation. Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment within the country, regional and global organizations by coordinating necessary activities and owning the end-to-end product implementation within APN.
- Leading efforts to understand business needs and translate them into requirements by gathering feedback from end users and key business stakeholders. Coordinating release plans by leading prioritization of user stories and requirements regionally that align with business objectives.
- Collaborating with the global commercial effectiveness team and process expert to utilize best practices, configuration, and customization tools to designing effective solutions to optimize existing processes. This will enable user adoption and tangible benefits to the business. Identifying potential risks associated with implementation and developing mitigation strategies.
- Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution by utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables resulting in the implementation of digital tools within APN completed on time, within budget and meeting quality targets. Monitoring compliance with business requirements and adherence to standards.
- Managing effective communication channels with stakeholders and Digital Governance Board to provide project updates and address concerns or questions by leading regular meetings, prepare status reports, and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally a focus in business, marketing or computer science / IT.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product implementation or similar roles.
- Have record of successfully managing digital/IT product implementation projects in a regional or country context.
- Have previous experience in the Agronomic industry is preferred.
- Are experienced in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring project success.
- Have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively. As well as leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams, drive collaboration, and facilitate decision-making.
- Are familiar with interface documentation and data management practices.
- Having previous SalesForce experience is preferred.
