We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our fast-growing company and facilitate brand-strategy, marketing and overall growth. This role will partner with the current marketing management and CEO to strengthen brand strategy and brand development while delivering marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand strategy, including the setting of brand guidelines, vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
Work collaboratively as a team with the CEO and current marketing management and play a critical role in driving profitable growth.
Drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce.
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional agendas.
Lead organic social efforts, including strategy, creative, execution and analysis.
Must be savvy of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest
Utilize data, consumer insights and key messaging to tell compelling brand stories consistently and creatively across marketing channels.
Generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Competitor and customer insights analysis.
Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
Analyze sales engagement efforts creating weekly and monthly reporting and offer insights and recommendations for optimizations.
Consistently drive strong storytelling for email, SMS, on-site targeting campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send time, etc.
Oversee/ manage brand promotional calendars and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Passionate and excited to represent the brand.
Minimum requirement- Bachelor’s Degree w/ a concentration in Marketing/ Mass
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPG
Proven ability to develop effective brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Experience in copywriting to drive branded content across channels.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Good communication, attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills
Able to make quick, effective decisions.
Hands on attitude, analytical and ambitious.
Understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs/Sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
