POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for customer relationship management tools and initiatives to acquire new customers, improve prospect conversion and increase owner loyalty for the company’s boat and off-road retail operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies that promote sales to new customers, customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding CRM platform structure and architecture to ensure it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Develop and execute nurture marketing campaigns to new prospects.
- Develop and execute lifecycle contact strategies for boat and off-road prospects/owners.
- Perform analyses to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing tests against new customer segments.
- Implement project management methods that assure quality, timely and on-budget campaign execution.
- Leverage company customer database resources to serve boat and off-road marketing activities.
- Work with creative teams to develop materials that engage customers and deliver on strategies.
- Collaborate with boat and off-road retail operations for full integration of in-store CRM tools into national campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Dealer Services team to extend marketing resources used with company-owned stores to independent dealers.

Develop and maintain reports that:
- Monitor conversion and loyalty
- Measure individual marketing program performance against objectives
- Track spending vs. approved budgets
- Determine response rates and revenue performance of marketing programs
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related discipline
Experience: 5 years’ experience with direct and digital marketing to consumers of considered products, e.g., autos, boats, other powersports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven organization and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Work experience in a marketing environment
- Enthusiasm for the Outdoors
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Team-orientation and positive attitude
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 30%
