Position Summary :
TrueTimber Outdoors is a design, distribution, and sourcing company located in Inman, SC. The company specializes in apparel, textiles, marine components, hydrographic film, and outdoor recreational accessories.
As a subsidiary of the national outdoor retailer, Bass Pro Shops since 2014, the company has experienced high levels of growth year after year.
TrueTimber is currently seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Order Processing Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of customer orders from initiation to delivery.
This role involves ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely, coordinating with various departments such as sales, warehouse, and shipping, and addressing any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing all orders in the system.
Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on order activity and performance.
Coordinating with the warehouse team for inventory availability and order picking.
Liaison with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Collaborating with the sales team to manage backorders and special requests.
Must maintain a good understanding of our customers shipping guidelines. (To include proprietary software systems and vendor manuals.)
Communicating with sales team and / or customers regarding order status, delays, or changes.
Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
Qualifications :
Must be a team player and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in ERP / Warehouse Management Systems
Must be willing to work in office and warehouse environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Must be self-motivated and dependable.
