Primary Purpose:
The Warehouse Assistant will be an integral part of our Supply Chain team. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, picking and shipping materials that will allow field locations to function on a daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick orders from their assigned bin location by using WMS software
• Picks/Packs/Ships all orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties
• Conducts training and cross-training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility
• Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
• Assist in counting physical inventory and inventory control
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and the ability to obtain a class C
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft 365 experience
• Provides prompt and courteous customer service
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner

Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
