What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Specialist position at Bath R Us?
Window City Pros is currently seeking an outgoing Event Specialist to join our event team. As an Event Specialist you will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assigned to work trade shows, events, fairs, and festivals
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Manager
- Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Capable of standing for up to 12 hours and traveling frequently
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Attention to detail and punctual
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
- Hight level of energy and engagement for long periods of time at events
Compensation:
- $40,000 base salary commission
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
