Job Description (BathCrest will train employees in our techniques):
- Repair chips/defects in porcelain, fiberglass, acrylic, etc. in bathtubs and showers in new construction and occupied locations, using various tools and techniques, including airbrush
- Rebuild fiberglass bath and shower floors, working with fiberglass and resins
- Refinish bathtubs, showers and tile
- Remove old units and install new acrylic bathtubs, shower pans and walls, using exact measurements and power tools to make precise cuts
- Interact with homeowners and contractors in a professional manner
Required Skills:
- Willingness to learn various techniques
- Professional manner on various job sites and in office
- Follow safety protocols
- Good time management skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Drive company vehicle to various locations
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with airbrushing and color-matching
- Propose new techniques to problem-solve unique situations or improve existing work

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
