Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a Warehouse Manager .
The Warehouse Manager will ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing Bathing Brands operational goals.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities
- Review and prepare workflow, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
- Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
- Supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of goods.
- Review and recommend safe packaging requirements for all product shipments.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Research, identify, and present new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
- Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and ensure safe and effective use.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a warehouse role managing employee s
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Understanding of safety rules
- Proficient with computers
- Knowledge of general software and applications
