Server Responsibilities

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

Promptly greet newly seated guests in a friendly manner.

Answer any questions about food and drinks including entrée ingredients and preparations.

Properly and quickly enter orders on the POS computer system.

Ensure guests' expectations have been exceeded. Professionally resolve food or service issues.

Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing, checking drink levels, and removing clutter.

Promptly accept payment and follow appropriate accounting procedures.

Uphold and maintain high quality customer service and hospitality.

Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and take prompt corrective action.

Ensure to complete all opening and closing duties.

Maintain a favorable working relationship will all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere.

Job Qualifications

Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved uniform.

Must be able to operate POS computer system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately.

Must be able to deliver plates of food and clear tables off, which may require lifting of up to 30lbs.

Walk or Stand for most of a 6-8 hour shift.

Must be able to read menu items and speak English.

Must have a basic understanding of classic cocktails.
