The **Corporate Communications Specialist** will be part of our fast-growing Investor Relations and Corporate Communications team and will be responsible for maintaining digital assets, drafting internal and external communications, and updating key messages across all platforms including the intranet and company websites. In this role you will coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings conference calls, investor meetings, and global employee town halls. As the communication specialist, you will ensure consistency of key messages across the board by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross functional partners.
This is a hybrid role with **three** days in office in our Bridgewater, NJ HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with brand teams on marketing communications pull through (when needed)
Collaborate with external corporate access teams in planning investor conferences and roadshows
Maintain meeting notes using a third-party contact management system
Onboard vendors and manage department budgets
Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors and purchase order management
Professionally handle inbound requests for information received by phone or email and ensure that requests are routed appropriately
REQUIREMENTS:
**3 years in corporate communications or marketing function**
**Superior verbal and written communication skills [to execute messages that connect with various audiences]**
**Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, and/or Finance**
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus
Outstanding level of attention to detail
Experience in managing digital and social media
Passion for story telling
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative, self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve issues effectively
