The successful candidate for this position will be an integral member of the US entity. This individual will be the point of contact on all Chargeback Pricing related issue that might come up between the major wholesalers and our third-party vendor that processes our chargebacks and validating membership eligibility in Flex.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Verifying, and processing all contract updates in Flex CARs system.
Validating and updating membership eligibility for our Chargeback contracts in Flex
Work closely with our third-party vendor that processes Chargebacks rebates to resolve pricing variances.
Generating month-end reports for our Market Access team.
Process quarterly direct and indirect rebates utilizing Flex and SAP.
Assist the Gross-To-Net team on month and quarter close processes.
Manage Chargeback and Trade Rebate account reconciliations.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers/employees.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Liaison with auditors related to quarterly and annual audit inquiries and SOX reviews.
OTHER DUTIES
Responsible for all SOX compliance related to the above duties.
Support the Sr. Finance Manager and Controller, FP&A with ad hoc projects.
Assist in quarterly and annual financial and SOX audits.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILL/ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
5 years of experience with Chargebacks, FSS, preferred.
Ability to work in a cross-functional group is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist in analyzing and reconciling contracts and financial data.
Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize and work within strict timelines.
Interested candidates must possess high ethical standards, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong technical skills and flexibility in handling changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Candidates should also be able to start and persist with specific course of action while exhibiting high motivation and sense of urgency.
Must be detail oriented with good analytical skills
Strong computer skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior management.
Ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas to build and maintain models for calculating and forecasting gross-to-net deductions.
