Part-time hours are flexible within the operating hours listed below:
- Monday to Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- One Saturday per month; 8:00AM – 2:00PM
What You'll Do as a Client Care Coordinator
- Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining customers by setting appointments for the Sales/Service teams of various Baxter dealerships.
- Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with management team on opportunities to increase business.
- Use multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
