Operator III at Baxter

What You'll Be Doing :
- Start up and readiness of machines and support equipment prior to production.
- Monitoring equipment & clean and set-up sub assembly and tray cleaning equipment
- Mixing solvents
- Using your Forklift license to maneuver items throughout the department in a safe efficient manner.
- Using your mechanical skills to troubleshoot machines such as changing out dies and other mechanical & electrical parts.
- Complete production release documentation associated with the operation legibly.
What You'll Bring
- Mechanical ability, and technical experience and education
- Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools.
- Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.
- Preferred Forklift experience a plus
- Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
- Your ability to be cross train in other departments.
- Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
- Able to complete documentation legibly.
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Low absenteeism.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively.
Education :
High school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training or education a plus.

To that end, this position has a pay rate of $15.60 an hour.
