Sales Manager (Bay Area)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Bay Area Propane is seeking a driven sales professional. The individual must be enthusiastic, confident, and have a passion for selling and helping people. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead and sales generation, closing sales, and management of customer accounts. Your goal will be to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships. You will be professional and motivated to find the customers that need to purchase diesel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and cold call companies for new business, selling either face-to-face or over the phone.
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding all individual and company sales goals.
• Committed to providing excellent customer management for each of your customers.
• Generate leads and sales to ensure all individual and company goals are met.
• Prepare and deliver bids, contracts, and quotes, to potential customers.
• Develop and execute a plan to drive year–over–year revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Strong work ethic with motivation to excel
• Highly motivated to build a career with a growing diesel company

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Sales Experience a plus
• Prior Experience in Equipment Rental is a plus.
• Commitment to working hard to achieve personal and company goals
