The Customer Happiness Department is looking for a new family member to join a newly created role as a Marketing Lead.

The Marketing Lead reports to the Director of Customer Happiness, assisting in the development and execution of customer designs and digital marketing strategies in alignment with companys goals and priorities. This family member effectively communicates the mission of the organization and understands the importance of close interaction and teamwork among all members of the organization. This position represents the organization to visiting customers and community members as they will manage our reception area.

The Marketing Lead is responsible for researching, qualifying, and coordinating marketing efforts to drive leads to Bay Towel landing pages and promote brand awareness. The lead will work with a variety of departments to pull together content for marketing materials, social media content, website, and execute a digital marketing plan that is targeted and segmented to a variety of audiences.

  1. Create consistency in our company message across all platforms and to all stakeholders, including digital, social, and web-based technologies.
  2. Lead the front facing, reception area of the organization to create a positive experience for all.
  3. Preparing and editing organizational publications for internal and external audiences.
  4. Designing emblems and logos for customers, while managing our design database and data entry.
  5. Manage company website and execute communication strategies to raise brand awareness, inform internal and external audiences, and achieve business goals.
  6. Write, edit, and prepare content for media with attention detail and accuracy.
  7. Study the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.

Team Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that both internal and external customers are communicated with and supported in a professional, clear, and effective manner to create customer loyalty and company growth.
  2. Increase customer retention through an exceptional customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth.

Our customer database is what makes our operations, sales, marketing, and customer service run. Maintain database by entering emblem and design information. Answer general customers questions regarding their account when applicable. Additional database entry and management as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly sitting for the majority of the work day. However, moderate standing and walking is expected as well.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour


Required Education & Experience

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills for a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent writing skills: ability to create exciting, creative, and compelling content.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with the ability to blends words and visuals while staying on brand tone.
  • Strong attention to detail with advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, Design platforms, and other media platforms.
  • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
  • Ability to answer phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
  • Excellent internal and external customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience
