BAYADA is seeking a full-time Clinical Leader to join us as we commit to bringing compassionate, value-based, mission driven, quality ABA services to Monmouth County and the surrounding area.
Location: Wall, NJ
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as the clinical leader and mentor for a team of BCBAs. Conduct onsite case consults, report reviews, 1:1 mentorship, group clinical meetings, and ongoing training
· Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and clients
· Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations and Manager of Behavioral Operations to ensure clinical quality and ethical compliance
· Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
· Responsible for oversight and quality of center-based and in community ABA services, including quality assurance and standardization of programs
· Monitor implementation of clinical and operational policies
· Ensure compliance, BACB compliance code and supervision standards
· Conduct competency assessments, new hire training, and ongoing training for RBTs
· Collaborate with Division Director and office director to develop growth
Qualifications:
· Must be a certified BCBA in good standing, 3 years experience preferred
· Strong supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models
· Demonstrated leadership skills including effective communication and solution-oriented problem-solving
· Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
· OBM specific experience a plus
