Content Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of print and digital content that for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, social media, ad campaigns.
• Research industry-related topics and use data-driven insights to enrich our articles and blog posts.
• Write, edit, and proofread well-structured SEO content (including articles, blogs, landing pages, white papers, guides, ebooks, case studies, and infographics)
• Develop and ensure that the technical content is well-researched, unique, informative, and engaging.
• Write, edit, and proof clear and effective marketing copies to promote our company and services, such as website content, brochures, flyers, company profiles, and service and industry profiles.
• Work closely with content writers to maintain and improve the quality of your content, verifying the authenticity of the content and making sure the content is linguistically fluent, factually correct, engaging, and aligns with our quality framework as well as the brands voice and style guide.
• Provide constructive feedback to content writers to Providing feedback on writing style, grammar, content accuracy, and technical precision for both long-form and short-form content across all digital channels.
• Conducting research to identify potential sources of information for the content.
• Evaluating the appropriateness of images and other multimedia elements in the piece
• Suggesting changes to the content to make it more effective or appealing to readers.
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
• Submit work to the Content Supervisor for input and approval.
• Follow our monthly plans, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with the design team to illustrate content.

Requirements:

• BA in English Language or English Literature
• 6 years of experience in content writing and proofreading is a must.
• Proven work experience in technical writing (such as SaaS.)
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience in B2B inbound marketing is a must.
• Portfolio of published articles and website content.
• Familiarity with SEO
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and innovative thinker and planner.

Salary : $62,300 - $78,800
