Position Details:
- Location: Remote (Must reside in the State of Florida)
- Status: Full Time (exempt)
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
The Compliance Analyst will work remotely on a full-time basis. This team member must currently reside in FL.
Responsibilities:
- The Compliance Analyst provides support across Information Services, with internal audit, external audit and other departments to support a comprehensive IS compliance program.
- Responsible to gather reports on IS portions of internal and external audits, review findings and work with the impacted areas to develop, track, and complete remediation plans.
- Helps to author and promote the cyber security awareness program including security newsletters, review and announce security alerts, provide monthly security metric, manage security phishing campaign and provide compliance report, manage annual e-Recycling program, and help with the contract review process to ensure vendors meet BayCare information security requirements.
- Supports overall compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to PCI, SOX, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc. Designs and implements security awareness solutions.
- Performs external and internal vulnerability assessments.
- Performs security administration and support on security awareness infrastructure and systems.
- Writes security articles and standards; recommends topics for security advisories and awareness.

Education
- Required Bachelors Degree
- 6 years of related experience can be accepted with a HS Diploma/GED
Experience
- 2 years of Information Security Compliance Management
