Food Services Representative I:
- Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
- May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
- Performs other duties as assigned
Food Services Representative II
- Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
- May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
- Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
- Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
- Performs other duties as assigned
Food Services Representative III
- Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
- Assists patients with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions
- Provides daily interaction with patients to ensure a high quality patient experience
- May provide coverage in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
- May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
- Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
- Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
- Provides training of new team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
