The Information Desk Clerk responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients, visitors and guests
- Answering requests for patient information from telephone callers and walk in visitors
- Directing them to their proper destination
- Serving as point of contact for vendors to make appropriate referrals
- Identifying and badging visitors and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year BayCare Volunteer.
