Data Manager - Remote
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Data Manager, are to:
- Configure master data and provide data governance for the existing solutions;
- Drive requirement gathering sessions to define and develop project milestones;
- Process diagram workflows and data flow documentation;
- Collaboration with the business to understand the business value of the new projects requested for delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree;
- Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience;
- LIMS application configuration experience;
- Highly skilled in the creation of business process maps from a user interface and data flow perspective;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstration of building strong business relationships and influencing capabilities at all levels of an organization;
- Ability to see the connections/opportunities in business areas (ambiguous areas);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience in the use of database (data analysis leveraging SQL);
- Domain knowledge in lab work/processes.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $88,400 to $132,600. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
