Digital Lead Market Access US
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Lead Market Access US, are to:
- Lead digital innovation and development of technology-based tools to support Market Access functions in the US;
- Have solid understanding of the market access strategy including business processes around pricing, reimbursement and patient support services;
- Support enablement and identify new solutions and technologies to foster a sustainable technology base that supports compliant and effective operations in the area;
- Liaison with the Market Access US team to identify value potential through new digital business models;
- Bring business and digital insights to full potential by bridging between US Market Access needs and company’s IT strategy;
- Act as an associated product owner to gather and compile business requirements into technical requirements for IT product platforms;
- Steer and lead the functional part of the US IT product portfolio including cost and implementation roadmap of technology development;
- The primary location of this role is Whippany, NJ. Relocation assistance may be provided for this role.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in business, information science or equivalent;
- Several years of professional experience within pharma industry, preferably in Market Access functions;
- Know-how of IT systems that are relevant to the function (i.e. government pricing);
- Experience in digital and IT transformation projects;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management;
- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills;
- Proven track record of working with external vendors;
- Financial acumen to manage large budgets and create value to the company.
