• TRAINING PAY RATE: $28.00
• After training & job certification, PAY RATE: $35.06

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities of this role, Manufacturing Technician - Heavy Equipment are to:

• Attain internal certification to operate pot carriers, trucks, and loaders;
• Work as scheduled to operate pot carriers, trucks, and loaders;
• Work as scheduled to assist with maintenance work throughout the plant;
• Assist with shutdown work when scheduled to do so;
• Understand and implement Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) Compliance requirements relevant to this position to ensure personal safety and the protection of the environment;
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Able to lift 50 lbs up to a height of 3 ft;
• Require stooping, standing, and walking;
• Possess good hand and eye coordination and depth perception;
• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts;
• Successfully pass depth perception and peripheral vision tests;
• Successfully pass a drug screen test and physical.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in industrial operations, mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
