Training Analyst
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Training Analyst, are to:
- Analyze Myerstown site end to end training systems, processes, curricula, tools, matrices, and related data, identifying insights, strengths, weaknesses, learning needs and opportunities for improvement
- Support and lead the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of new or enhanced training systems, processes, curricula, tools, matrices, and related key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support Product Supply System (PSS) advancement, expanding and integrating site end to end training qualification matrix, while evaluating internal customer experience along the way
- Collect, organize, analyze, track, trend, and report on data to measure training effectiveness, while ensuring the most appropriate KPIs are developed and in place to improve and sustain employee training across the site
- Using data, define training periods, appropriate trainer and other resource commitments, trainees learning and performance throughout training periods
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain department and site training KPI dashboards and related communications
- Collaborate and communicate across the site, with all levels of the Myerstown organization
- Experiment with data analysis and data analytics systems and software, going digital where it makes sense
- Advocate for employee training, learning and development, raising employee training concerns, challenging the status quo, and leading difficult conversations
- Perform other duties as trained and assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Skills in data analytics to make data driven decisions and data analysis to evaluate data, gain insights, recommend solutions and solve problems
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining measures of training effectiveness and related KPIs
- Knowledge of training and development analysis, evaluation, and basic adult learning principles
- Demonstrated ability to act as an agent for positive change and to influence and provide direction without positional authority
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under periods of change
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a positive, succinct, and factual manner, both verbally and in writing
- A high level of teaming and collaboration skills as well as interpersonal maturity
- Possess skills working with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of seven years experience working in a training analysis related role preferred OR an Associate s degree and a minimum of nine years experience working in a training analysis related role preferred OR no degree and twelve years experience working in a training analysis related role preferred.
- Three years experience in a government regulated, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or standard operating procedures (SOP) environment
- Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data analytics and data analysis systems or software (to evaluate, potentially implement, and the skills to utilize and maintain)

Salary : $69,500 - $88,000
