GENERAL SUMMARY:
Summary:
Plans, develops and executes digital marketing efforts in support of Bayhealth’s mission, strategy and business objectives. Proficient in content strategy and writing, social media content development and promotional strategies, email marketing, and search engine marketing strategies. Maintains company website content and functionality, while maintaining brand appearance. Strategizes and develops content for all digital channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assists in the development, writing and creation/design of digital content (e.g. website, emails, blogs, press releases, and podcasts).
2. Helps to develop editorial calendar for email marketing campaigns; solicits editorial authors and subject matter expert contributors; works directly with authors to refine content for SEO; solicits content approval and posts content on a weekly basis.
3. Collaborates with media center coordinator to plan, create, and manage digital ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Track and develop reports on digital ads and boosted posts.
4. Create videos to accompany branded content on digital channels.
5. Develops and implements strategies and design for Intranet site in order to maximize value to employees, physicians and internal departments. Assists with style of website, working collaboratively with departmental web creators to maintain consistency of style and quality of information. Oversees content of corporate areas of internal website.
6. Maintains company website content and functionality for assigned service lines and departments using CMS.
7. Assists with maintaining overall look, brand appearance and content of company’s website, ensuring HIPAA compliance, fixing broken links, enhancing page elements for SEO, performing keyword research and competitive analysis, and incorporating links to tools such as MyChart, EpicCare, Position Manager, etc.
8. Regularly conducts content audits for company website and makes necessary changes.
9. Create landing pages, web forms, RSVP pages, etc., in support of campaigns and events.
10. Collaborates with fellow digital marketing specialist on creation of website content and search engine marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) based on best practices
11. Assist with photography for major publications and events; coordinates and captures professional portraits of all Medical Staff members.
12. Assists AVP and media center coordinator during disasters and crisis events in assigned region or throughout the system as needed.
13. Assists with staffing, logistics, photography, and materials for special events in assigned region.
14. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum of three years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated track record of success Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM); understand key measurement tools Experience with analytics Preferred: Five years of digital marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success Ability to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
