Job Summary
The IS BRM Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with the business leadership and acting as the liaison between the business and Information Systems. In addition, the role requires a system-level perspective and involvement for the improvement of the User Experience to improve overall IS interactions. The IS BRM Manager will play a lead role establishing technical and process standards, supporting department budgeting, and building IS relationships with business owners.
Essential Functions
- Primary IS business partner for the Business Leaders aligned within their assigned Region
- Attend Business huddles and IS operations meetings and connect the needs of both organizations
- Advisor, educator, and contributor on IS Processes and Procedures, including the Demand and Project Management processes
- Consult on Demand Requests through the Governance process
- Work at the system level to improve overall User Experience by helping to develop initiatives designed to move IS interactions to a “next level” thinking
- Facilitate delivery of IS Services and Innovations
- Consult on various IS communications to the business for planned and unplanned events
- Serve as collection/escalation point for the business
- Improve collaboration across IS areas to deliver complete, quality services to the business along with building and support strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships with IS teams
- Maintain Business Relationships: Act as an IS liaison with other organizations (both internally and externally) to identify and quantify business concerns associated with specific projects, operations, workflows, and procedures. Then helps to set/implements strategic technical direction in support of business requirements
- Work with the Plan team to help guide Strategy and Standards for Technology and Process: Lead the gathering of requirements and design of enterprise technical and process standards; work with Leadership to finalize standards to ensure long-term sustainability, strategic alignment, and cost effectiveness of proposed enterprise and departmental standards -Other duties as assigned

-At least eight years - experience required, with at least four managing people, and at least four in IT
Location: Temple, Temple Region
Shift/ Schedule: Day shift, Full Time, M-F
