Job Description
SalesForce Systems Administrator 12 months of contract with possibility of extension Location: New York, NY- 10012
Responsibilities
4 years of work experience with technical systems; specifically,
proficient in administrative management, reporting, client interface, process improvement and systems integration with Salesforce
technically proficient with advanced functions of Excel for reporting, data manipulation and interpretation of data
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, etc) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Proficient with researching and compiling data, reports and presentations with a fast timeline for executives
Thrive in high energy, high profile, positive, proactive, deadline driven, results oriented, client service, dynamic, and attention to detail environment
Collaborative team player
Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication & diplomatic skills
Excellent time management skills- prioritize competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent administrative, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn about and contribute to entertainment and Talent business
Self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative, and a demonstrated ability to take the initiative as a collaborative team player
Must demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities
Discrete and protect highly sensitive/ confidential information
Experience in entertainment, Talent management/relations, project management and/or event management, a plus
Legal right to work in the US
Ability to travel when needed
Salary : $55 - $60
