Our Bazaarvoice HRIS Analyst is responsible for support of multiple modules in our Workday suite as well as support and maintenance of associated HR systems as needed, (ATS, LMS etc.). They will advise & collaborate with technical staff, HR subject matter experts and end users on system/process design, user experience and complex issue resolution. The position reports directly to the Bazaarvoice Manager, Rewards.
Current Workday modules include HCM, Performance, Payroll, and Benefits, and although the role will provide configuration support to all modules, it will have specific focus on business process flows at peak times based on business need.
\n- Provide Workday end-user support; develop and maintain associated user support procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Manage Workday by auditing business processes and making changes that support the business, ensuring security compliance, and offering fast resolution for high impact issues
- Partner and build relationships with end-user stakeholders to advance Workday adoption and ease of use
- Support, implement and own our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Research problems. Identify opportunities and seek opinions and feedback on suggested solutions
- Participate in analyzing, testing, and adopting functionality from bi-annual Workday releases
- Frequently provide status updates on ‘in progress’ work items or projects assigned
- 1-3 years of experience with HR Systems – Workday a plus
- Working knowledge of Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, & Performance from a system perspective
- Knowledge of HR processes from previous roles, i.e., new hire onboarding, terminations, leaves of absences, payroll, merit and benefits, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Able to work independently as well as on a team in an environment with global team members and time-zones
- Proven record of guiding customer expectations / timelines, and meeting delivery commitments
- Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent experience
- Familiar with audit, QA and testing
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS or related field is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
