Remediation Engineer

We are seeking a talented Remediation Engineer to support the Aerostar  SES LLC (ASL) team; a subsidiary of SES Group of Companies LLC located in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and willing to work alongside a Registered Senior Professional Engineer. In this role, you will handle multiple quality control aspects and field activities. Additionally, you will support proposals and estimating, regulatory permitting, prepare completion reports and project closeout documents, and develop project plans, designs, and schedules. If you’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, apply today!Travel is required for projects.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, design, and perform pilot tests for remediation systems.Design and prepare reports for remediation systems including but not limited to air sparging and soil vapor extraction.Manage and perform environmental construction activities such as trenching, piping, and site restoration.Communicate with clients and Project Managers regarding project status via email or phone.Coordinate, oversee, and supervise subcontractors and work crews.QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.3-5 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting.Experience in design, construction, and operation of remediation systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer and MS Office skills.Ability to travel extensively.Must have a valid U.S. license.Preferred QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant credentials are preferred.Working knowledge of Florida’s Petroleum Restoration Program.Compensation$82,000-$100,000About SES Group of Companies LLCSES Group of Companies LLC LEADS the way to a sustainable future for all stakeholders via our leadership (L), excellence (E), accountability (A), dedication (D), and safety (S).
