The A/P Clerk Tier 1 is responsible for supporting the accounting team with data entry, assumption reports, payment status updates, working vendor statements, expense reports, and credit card reconciliation.
What You'll Do:
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
- Keep detailed records of transactions.
- Process vendor bills against purchase orders.
- Prepare reports and monitor payment statuses.
- Assist with credit card and expense report reconciliations.
- Support the team with other accounting tasks.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1 years of accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in your role.
