What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Development Intern position at BBP Sales?

BBP is hiring a Web Development Intern who wants to expand and apply their web development skills on a project in active development.

BBP has invested in a custom ERP system that is migrating to the web in modules, being built by an internal team.

As our Web Development Intern, you will be exposed to our full stack:

  • SQL Server
  • ASP.NET
  • JavaScript
  • CSS/HTML

We also employ the Scrum framework and utilize Git.

As our Web Development Intern, you will be a valuable part of the team, responsible for building dynamic pages, styling, interacting with APIs, and data manipulation.

Duties:

  • Build custom front ends from outlined requirements
  • Test new functions and resolve bugs
  • Get feedback from Beta User Group and implement fixes or suggestions
  • Build API integrations in C#

Qualifications

  • Pursuing an associates or bachelor's degree in web development, information systems, computer science, or related fields
  • Self-driven, independent and fast learner
  • Experience with SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS/HTML is a plus
