Area Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Timely Response and Communication with Prospective Clients. This includes answering all calls and electronic inquiries regarding services provided by All Seasons Cleaning, as well as providing quotes/estimates for service to prospective clients after meeting with the client and visiting the potential service site.

• Daily Schedule Maintenance & Communication. This includes collaborating with the Owner to develop & disseminate the next day’s schedule to each employee, making additions/changes to the schedule to accommodate new client or staffing needs as appropriate, and communicating with clients as needed to schedule or confirm service.

• Team Check Ins & Site Visits. This includes being visible to the team as well as periodic check-ins with employees at job sites to walk their work and give constructive feedback, as necessary.

• Maintain Communication with Existing Clients. This includes answering all calls and electronic inquiries from the existing client base, as well as partnering with the Bookkeeper for any follow up needed with specific clients. Regular communication with clients regarding the service provided and any feedback they’d like to share is critical to our commitment to continued improvement and excellent customer service.

• Substitute Service Provider. This includes being the last line of defense for the Company when scheduling requires an additional cleaner and all regular cleaners are otherwise unavailable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
