The Role:

BBTV is in search of a Digital AdOps Specialist who is looking to apply their skills in digital video to a publisher organization. You will have a deep understanding of the YouTube digital advertising ecosystem and experience in social media.  You bring with you a head for numbers and an inquisitive mind, seeking to optimize and improve every campaign you work on to deliver exceptional results for our clients. We’re interested in onboarding someone who is passionate about digital video and keen to continue their professional development within this growing division.

 

About You:

  • At least 2 year of media agency experience, with a specialization in digital video, specifically YouTube
  • Certified in Google Adwords
  • Solid understanding and experience working in Adwords, GCM, and DV360
  • Experience working with dashboards and systems including but not limited to Prisma, IAS, Nielsen, etc.
  • Solid research/analytical skills, excellent mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Experience with biddable media preferred: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Very strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills, as well as comfortable working in Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and external, while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines


What you will be doing:

  • Manage development, implementation, and stewardship of digital video campaigns with a primary focus on YouTube including, but not limited to: campaign set up, placement creation, trafficking, and QA-ing of partner tags - optimizing to goal, reporting, and analysis of buys
  • Ownership of budget tracking and reporting, including IO reviews, paperwork for purchase authorizations, monthly invoice billing, and reconciliation
  • Alongside Google AdManager, collaborate with third-party partners to maintain cross-platform synergy and ensure campaigns are pacing to goal
  • Maintain a deep understanding of digital tagging process and capabilities, communicate effectively with ad tech to ensure tags are wrapped correctly and proper pixels are firing to report all necessary and accurate data
  • Liaise between Account Management and Sales Reps for 360 activations across media and influencer campaigns
  • Daily use of 3rd party verification partners (Nielsen, Innovid, IAS, etc.)
  • Develop solutions/recommendations to address media and business opportunities and challenges
