We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team of skilled storytellers and digital marketing professionals.
Job type: Full-Time E-Commerce Coordinator (US Division.)
Location Preference: The ideal candidate is a US Citizen residing in the Bellingham / Mount Vernon corridor on I5 and is able to commute to our Surrey BC office when necessary.
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience

You excel in a supportive work atmosphere that empowers you to utilize your diverse e-commerce and digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management and data analytics. As a self-driven storyteller, you strive to expand your understanding of online marketing and evolving e-commerce platforms. The perfect candidate would describe themselves as intuitive, capable of comprehending customer behaviors, and possessing a keen eye for optimizing online content and campaigns.
About the Position
The E-Commerce Marketing coordinator will play a crucial role in driving online sales. and lead generation through various e-commerce strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing e-commerce marketing and brand strategies, managing seasonal promotions, maintaining and optimizing our website online store, coordinating online events, creating training materials, and producing high-quality social media content. With a strong emphasis on both creative and technical writing, the E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will deliver compelling copy for social media and blog posts, tailored to boost our online presence and engagement.
Required Experience:
- 2 Years of E-Commerce Digital Marketing experience.
- College Diploma/ University Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience on social media platforms
- Video production and editing experience
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to deliver excellent results
- Creative with the ability to think strategically (how could this campaign integrate into our overall e-commerce strategy?) as well as tactically (what is a great headline for this product page?)
- You like researching and have some knowledge of the newest tools and changes to social media, video and website platforms
- Great planning, organization, and time management skills
