Provides administrative support to management, people leaders and associates as part of an Admin Shared services team. This is a hybrid remote position – with requirements to be in the office 2 - 3 days a week A Day in the Life: Responsible for performing basic, operational administrative services related to associates and leaders related to events, meeting organizing, mail support, supplies coordination, processing recognition, memorials, space planning, etc. Provides support for multiple areas of the organization. This position will be cross-trained for multiple areas of admin Shared Services. Serves as the first point of contact for administrative support for both associates and leaders by answering inquiries, providing information, and referring to the appropriate division/area as necessary. Provides support with calendaring needs, coordination and support for events/projects, travel/expense systems, process and programs as well as processing all administrative transactions. Supports onboarding new associates and offboarding departing associates Research questions and follows-up with the requestor as appropriate Maintains integrity and accuracy of information/data at all times. Provide navigation support and troubleshooting to associates. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of the admin Shared Services Center. Maintains accurate documentation to support the self service as well as other functions of shared services. Support short term development projects Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. This role is one of several on a Shared Services team. Nice to Have: Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticket management tool preferred. Required Skills and Experiences: 2 years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. Proficient skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Possess excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate concerns. Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information. Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner. Ability to work as a team member including the ability to be flexible with changing priorities based on the business need. Ability to multi-task and effectively complete work amid distractions. Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. Role Designation: Hybrid Remote Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
